Welcome to CrispFoodie!
Flathead Lake in Western Montana is the largest natural body of freshwater west of the Mississippi River. It's pristine and deep waters support a small community of cherry growers along it's shores. These cherries are famous for their quality, and if you were a cherry tree, you could not ask for more spectacular views. \n \nWe make this shrub by macerating raw Flathead cherries with raw Montana knapweed honey, pressing the maceration to get a syrup, and then adding raw apple cider vinegar and a bit of water. There are no added preservatives or stabilizers.
